Turn Around Time

Current TAT is up to 15-20 business days after your order has been placed due to each product being custom made. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders

All orders are considered custom orders except for Headbands/Scrunchies. 

If you have an issue with your order please reach out to me via the contact tab on my website. 

Local Pickup

I will message you when your item is ready to be picked up. Please arrange pick up with me within 10 days.

Shipping

All products are shipped through USPS. Once I have shipped items you should receive an update via email with tracking. I am not responsible for items damaged by USPS shipping. If you do not receive your item please file a claim with the USPS. If you do not receive a tracking number within 20 business days please reach out to me. 

Refunds/Cancellations/Exchange

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Certain circumstances Westline Boutique will accept exchanges but you must return the item you want to exchange or pay in full for the new item if you wish to keep/sell the item yourself. 

Disclaimers

Westline Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been turned over to the USPS. 

Please be mindful on choosing shirt color. Same color shirt/print will not look good. (Example: White shirt with White print)

Please remember I am a small business. Please do not try to get free items from me. (Example: you ordered a white shirt and wish you had gotten a black shirt)
